The upper lids sit against the eye and maintain a comfortable ocular surface. Sometimes the lids may stretch or scar and the position changes.
If the lid roles out this is called ectropion and if the lid roles in this is called entropion.
Surgery may be required to correct this. Surgery is performed under local anaesthesia at Eye Doctors.
